AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you) and EarlyLearny Ltd. (Company, we, us, or our), concerning your Access to and use of the www.earlylearny.co.uk website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected to thereto (collectively, The Site). We are registered in the United Kingdom, and have our registered Office at 5 Kew Road, TW9 2PR Richmond, UK. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE ALL OF THE TERMS OF USE, YHEN YOU ARE EXPRESSELY PROHIBITED FROM USING THIS SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE TO USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time and hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of USE from time to time. Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.

CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You acknowledge and agree that we may access your email address book associated with a Third-Party Account and your contacts list sored on your mobile device ot tablet computer solely for the purposes of identifying and informing you of those contacts who have also registered to use the Site. You can deactivate the connection between the Site and your Third-Party Account by contacting us using the contact information below or through your account settings (If applicable). We will attempt to delete any information stores on our servers that was obtained through such Third-Party Account, except the username and profile picture that become associated with your account.

In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

EarlyLearny Ltd and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surrey, which means that you make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regards to these Conditions of Use in the United Kingdom, or in the EU country in which you reside.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to irrevocably submit all the disputes related to Terms or the relationship established by this Agreement to the jurisdiction of the Surrey courts. EarlyLearny Ltd. shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Terms are entered in the course of your trade or profession, the state of your principal place of business.

CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

INDEMNIFICATION

FEE CHANGES

EarlyLearny Ltd, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

EarlyLearny Ltd will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have no commitment, cancellation is very easy.

You can cancel your order anytime by sending us an e-mail from the e-mail that is in our system.

REFUND POLICY

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by EarlyLearny Ltd on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of EarlyLearny Ltd.

We have a case-by-case refund policy. For refunds, please send an e-mail to info@earlylearny.co.uk Please add your name, surname, e-mail address and the reason why you ask for a refund. We will go over your case and get back to you in 5 business days.

DELIVERY POLICY

Your first box ships immediately. (Next business day after subscription)

You next payment will be taken from your account 30 days of your first payment and after the payment is cleared your shipment will be out.

If your payment will not be cleared, we will let you know by e-mail.
